PUPPY GUARANTEE

The breeder guarantees the puppy until 1 year of age against life threatening congenital or hereditary defects. It will be replaced with the first available puppy of the same value from the breeder's stock, as soon as possible. the original puppy must be returned, at the owner's expense, before a new puppy can be replaced.

Our puppies are all registered with the American Kennel Club, on a routine de-worming program and given their first vaccinations. Validation of  this guarantee requires examination of your puppy, by the vet of your choice and at the buyer's expense, within 48 hours of the pick-up date.  This veterinary examination is mandatory, to complete guarantee, by confirming that your puppy was not sick or injured when purchased.

The breeder is not responsible for hypoglycemia. The breeder has informed the buyer of the signs of hypoglycemia and what to do in case of an event. The guarantee does not cover hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia, or hernias.

The guarantee against transmissbile diseases such as parvovirus is valid for a period of 7 days starting on the day of pick-up. The normal incubation period for transmissible diseases is 5 to 7 days.

   *Explanation for transmissible diseases. For example: first signs of parvo-virus were to show   on a puppy 12 to 15 days from pick-up, the puppy could not have carried that disease from the breeder's premises and incubated it for that long before showing signs of the disease.

The buyer is responsible for any vet bills that may incur. Only replacements will be made by the breeder, no cash refunds. A $25.00 fee for the permanent identification, of microchip, if not identified, the guarantee is void.  If the puppy dies, chip must be returned to breeder for identification before replacement of another puppy.
